Guests are requested to carry a soft copy of the voucher on the phone. It needs to be verified by the chauffeur at the pickup time or while boarding the yacht.

Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time
The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai hotel / residence only and not from the Airport.
Child should be accompanied by Adult throughout the visit.
During dry days, entertainment will be closed and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines
If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed.
