- This is your open-dated ticket.
- The voucher code is located below the QR code on your ticket.
- Guests must register the voucher code online and select their preferred visit date using this
- After registration, guests will receive the Aquaventure World QR Code Ticket via email. This QR Code Ticket is mandatory for entry.
- Please keep it ready on your device or bring a printed copy on the day of your visit.
Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Important Information
- A child should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Swim attire policy: The guest should change in swimwear before entering waters.
- No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services, nor if guests are prohibited from entering due to improper attire for the waterpark.
- No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aquaventure.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Some zones may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
- Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
- Sharing transfers can be arranged from a centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
- There is an additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
- The timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
