Tour information and availability
Review your selected experience, date, guest numbers, pricing basis and any extras before paying. An enquiry does not reserve a place. Your paid booking is recorded once payment is verified; our team separately confirms the tour arrangements and availability. If an experience cannot be provided as agreed, contact us to arrange a suitable alternative or discuss a refund of the unavailable service.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in AED. Check whether the displayed rate is per person, per vehicle or per hour. Optional extras are added to the total before checkout. A listing without a bookable price requires a current quote from the team. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the experience, supplier and agreed booking. Please obtain the applicable conditions from our team before payment. Contact us promptly if your plans change. Cancelling a booking status does not automatically process a card refund; refunds are handled separately with the team and payment provider.
Guest responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, travel and pickup information. Check admission, age, clothing, accessibility and activity requirements in advance. Follow operator instructions and share any needs that may affect participation before booking. Weather or operational changes may affect activities and routes.
