Good to know
Pickup & meeting point+
Boarding location and check-in time are confirmed with your cruise or charter. Hotel transfers are separate unless your quote includes them.
How does booking work?+
Contact our team for a current quote and availability. An enquiry does not reserve a place. Online checkout becomes available once a bookable price is set.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Please request changes or cancellation as soon as your plans change. The applicable deadline, cancellation charge and any refund eligibility will be supplied in your written quote before payment. No blanket free-cancellation promise applies. Cancelling a booking does not automatically issue a refund; contact our team for review.
What about pickup and special requests?+
Share your hotel, group size and any access needs before booking. Transfer areas, accessibility and special arrangements vary by experience; our team will confirm what can be arranged.
